These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications developed and published by BE OKE Media (“we”, “our”, or “us”), including but not limited to YasinGo, Chord Jreng, Surat Yasin dan Tahlil Lengkap, Dzikir Pagi Petang Audio, and Iqro Milenial Lengkap (collectively, the “Apps”). By downloading or using the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.
License and Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Android device that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Apps;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps, except where permitted by law;
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
- Use the Apps in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- Use automated means to access or interfere with the Apps or their advertising systems.
Intellectual Property
The Apps, including their design, graphics, audio content, and underlying software, are owned by BE OKE Media and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Religious texts contained in the Apps (such as Qur’anic verses, prayers, and dhikr) are in the public domain; however, their compilation, translation, formatting, and audio recordings as presented in the Apps remain our property or are used under license.
Content Accuracy
We strive to ensure that all religious content in the Apps — including Arabic text, transliterations, translations, and audio recitations — is accurate and presented respectfully. However, the Apps are provided as learning and worship aids and are not a substitute for guidance from qualified religious teachers. If you find an error in any content, please report it to us so we can correct it promptly.
Advertisements
The Apps are free to use and are supported by advertisements served by third-party providers, including Google AdMob. We do not control the content of these advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers, including any purchases or exchanges of information, are solely between you and the advertiser. The collection and use of data by advertising providers are described in our Privacy Policy.
Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Apps or any feature within them at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the Apps will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, or that they will be compatible with every device or operating system version.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the Apps is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BE OKE Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Third-Party Services
The Apps rely on third-party services (such as Google Play Services, AdMob, and Firebase) that have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Links or references to third-party websites or services do not constitute an endorsement.
Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your license to use the Apps at any time if you breach these Terms. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the Apps from your device.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
