Hapus Akun ChordJreng

Halaman ini menjelaskan cara menghapus akun di aplikasi ChordJreng – Kunci Gitar Indonesia yang dikembangkan oleh [Beoke Media].

Login di ChordJreng bersifat opsional. Kamu tetap bisa memakai semua fitur aplikasi tanpa masuk. Jika kamu pernah masuk dengan Google, kamu bisa menghapus akun tersebut kapan saja.

Cara 1 – Langsung dari aplikasi

  1. Buka ChordJreng.
  2. Ketuk foto profil di kanan atas Beranda untuk membuka Profil.
  3. Di bagian Akun kamu, ketuk Hapus akun.
  4. Konfirmasi, lalu pilih akun Google kamu saat diminta.

Cara 2 – Lewat email (tanpa membuka aplikasi)
Kirim email ke admin@beokemedia.com dengan subjek “Hapus akun ChordJreng” dari alamat Gmail yang kamu pakai untuk masuk. Kami akan memproses permintaanmu paling lambat [30] hari dan mengabarkan lewat email setelah selesai.

Data yang dihapus

  • Akun masuk ChordJreng yang terhubung ke akun Google-mu, yaitu nama, alamat email, URL foto profil, dan ID pengguna yang tersimpan di Firebase Authentication.

Data ini dihapus permanen dan tidak kami simpan setelah penghapusan.

Data yang tidak terpengaruh

  • Favorit, setlist, riwayat, dan pengaturan disimpan hanya di perangkatmu dan tidak pernah dikirim ke server kami. Data ini tetap ada setelah akun dihapus. Untuk menghapusnya, hapus data aplikasi atau uninstall ChordJreng.
  • Akun Google-mu sendiri tidak dihapus.
  • Data diagnostik dan statistik anonim (misalnya laporan crash) tidak terhubung dengan akunmu dan dikelola sesuai Kebijakan Privasi.

Delete Your ChordJreng Account

This page explains how to delete your account in ChordJreng – Kunci Gitar Indonesia, developed by [Beoke Media].

Signing in to ChordJreng is optional. Every feature of the app works without an account. If you signed in with Google, you can delete that account at any time.

Option 1 – In the app

  1. Open ChordJreng.
  2. Tap your profile picture at the top right of Home to open Profile.
  3. Under Your account, tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm, then choose your Google account when asked.

Option 2 – By email (no app needed)
Email admin@beokemedia.com with the subject “Delete ChordJreng account” from the Gmail address you signed in with. We will process your request within [30] days and let you know by email once it is done.

What is deleted

  • The ChordJreng sign-in linked to your Google account: your name, email address, profile photo URL and user ID stored in Firebase Authentication.

This data is deleted permanently and is not kept after deletion.

What is not affected

  • Favorites, setlists, history and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers. They remain after your account is deleted. To remove them, clear the app’s data or uninstall ChordJreng.
  • Your Google account itself is not deleted.
  • Anonymous diagnostics and usage statistics (such as crash reports) are not linked to your account and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
