BE OKE Media (“we”, “our”, or “us”) develops and publishes mobile applications on the Google Play Store, including but not limited to YasinGo, Chord Jreng, Surat Yasin dan Tahlil Lengkap, Dzikir Pagi Petang Audio, and Iqro Milenial Lengkap (collectively, the “Apps”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the choices you have when you use our Apps.
Information We Collect
Most of our Apps do not require an account, and we do not directly collect your name, email address, or phone number, except where described in Optional Sign-In (Chord Jreng) below.
Our Apps use third-party services that may automatically collect certain information, including:
- Device information (model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from it
- App usage data, such as session length and interactions with advertisements
- Crash logs, diagnostic data, and app performance metrics
Optional Sign-In (Chord Jreng)
Chord Jreng offers optional Sign in with Google. Every feature of the app works without signing in.
If you choose to sign in, we receive your name, email address, profile photo, and user ID from Google. This data is stored in Firebase Authentication and is used only to show your identity on the app’s Profile page. We do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for advertising or analytics.
Your favorites, setlists, history, and settings are stored only on your device and are not synced to any server.
You can sign out at any time from Profile → Sign out. You can delete your account and this data at any time:
- in the app, from Profile → Delete account;
- on the web, at https://beokemedia.com/delete-account/; or
- by emailing admin@beokemedia.com from the Google account you signed in with.
Once your account is deleted, this data is permanently removed from Firebase Authentication.
Push Notifications and Song Requests (Chord Jreng)
To send notifications about new songs, Chord Jreng stores a Firebase Cloud Messaging token on our server. This token identifies your app installation, not you personally. You can turn off notifications at any time in your device settings.
When you submit a song request, we store the title, artist, lyrics fragment, or link you enter, together with this token, so that we can notify you when the song becomes available. Please do not include personal information in a song request.
Third-Party Services
Our Apps use the following third-party services, each of which may collect information as described in its own privacy policy:
- Google Play Services
- Google AdMob — serves advertisements and may use the Android Advertising ID and other device information to show personalized or non-personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
- Firebase Analytics — collects anonymous app usage statistics to help us improve the Apps.
- Firebase Crashlytics — collects crash logs and diagnostic data when the Apps encounter an error.
- Firebase Performance Monitoring — collects anonymous performance metrics, such as app start time and network response times.
- Firebase Remote Config — delivers app configuration and feature settings.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivers push notifications.
- Firebase Authentication — handles optional Sign in with Google (Chord Jreng).
- Firebase App Check (Play Integrity) — verifies that requests to our server come from a genuine copy of the App.
- Google Play Billing — processes in-app purchases. We do not receive your payment details.

Permissions
Depending on the App, we may request the following permissions:
- Internet and network state — to load content and advertisements and to check connectivity.
- Notifications — to show updates such as newly added songs. You can turn this off at any time.
- Microphone (Chord Jreng only) — for the guitar tuner. Audio is analysed on the device only while the tuner is open; it is never recorded, stored, or sent anywhere.
Audio playback features work offline where content is bundled with the App. We do not request access to your contacts, camera, or precise location.
Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are intended for a general audience and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Advertisements are served in compliance with Google Play’s Families Policy where applicable. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our Apps, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Data Security and Retention
We store only the limited data described above on our servers (notification tokens and song requests for Chord Jreng), and all data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Sign-in data is kept until you delete your account. Data collected by third-party services is handled in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We take reasonable measures to keep our Apps free from malicious code and distribute them only through official channels.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it.
- If you signed in to Chord Jreng, you can delete your account and its data at any time, as described in Optional Sign-In (Chord Jreng).
- For data collected by Google, use Google’s privacy controls at myaccount.google.com.
- You can reset your Android Advertising ID at any time from your device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
